1. Nature of Services

EMCB Group provides administrative, operational, and business consulting services to cleaning companies and related service-based businesses in the United States.

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Business consulting and coaching

  • Administrative support

  • Compliance and documentation assistance

  • Accounting and bookkeeping coordination

  • Payroll and operational guidance

  • Marketing coordination

  • Customer communication management

EMCB Group does not perform cleaning services and does not act as a service provider to end customers of our clients.

2. No Employment or Agency Relationship

EMCB Group is not an employer, joint employer, staffing agency, labor provider, or agent of any client, contractor, worker, or third party.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating:

  • An employment relationship

  • An agency relationship

  • A partnership or joint venture

All operational, employment, labor, and compliance decisions remain solely with the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for:

  • Compliance with labor, tax, and employment laws

  • Worker classification

  • Payroll and wage compliance

  • Providing legally required notices to workers or customers

  • Obtaining all necessary consents for communications

EMCB Group does not provide legal, tax, or HR advice.

4. Communications & SMS Messaging

4.1 Consent to Communications

By providing your mobile phone number to EMCB Group, signing a service agreement, completing onboarding documentation, or initiating contact with us via SMS, you expressly consent to receive transactional and operational SMS messages from EMCB Group.

Consent is voluntary and not required as a condition of purchasing services.

4.2 SMS Message Purpose

SMS messages may include:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Service confirmations

  • Account or billing updates

  • Administrative notifications

  • Responses to support inquiries

No unsolicited marketing, promotional, or cold outreach messages are sent.

4.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on account activity and user interaction.

 

4.4 Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.
Carrier charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

4.5 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

4.6 Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Privacy & Data Use

All personal data, including mobile numbers, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Fees, Billing & Payments

Fees for EMCB Group services are governed by individual service agreements.
All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMCB Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid to EMCB Group in the preceding twelve (12) months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EMCB Group harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your failure to obtain proper consent

  • Labor or employment disputes

  • Misuse of communications

  • Regulatory non-compliance

9. Modifications

EMCB Group may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
